.The Co-op Academy is designed for cooperative leaders to discuss, share, inspire and learn from one another. The 8 sessions are part in-person and part virtual. Topics include the co-operative advantage, governance, succession planning, and financial modeling, to legal co-operative structures, financing, Human Resources, marketing and branding and more! All sessions will be led by leaders and experts in the co-operative business sector.

An 8 session education and technical assistance program is designed for teams of cooperative board leaders, steering committees and staff of cooperative businesses from emerging, start-up and established cooperatives within any industry. The Co-op Academy is designed for teams working together on a single business between sessions. We're looking for strong teams with a mix of talents and experience. The application process is competitive and open to a limited number of teams.
